PROJECT CONSULTING SERVICES     

 

 Zion - Construction Management (CM) services:

  • Providing professional Client-Side CM services ensuring that you get best possible desired outcome on your project. 

  • Prepare detailed construction programs and gantt charts (Via MS Project), stup critical pathes, monitor ongoing progress and report to client.  

  • Providing total transparency when preparing project costs, we will provide you copies of all supplier / sub-contractor quotes….from project outset through to project closure.

  • Providing you as the Property Owner / Developer copies of all supplier / trade contractor invoices including regular project cost updates…we don’t work on hidden costs.  

  • Managing a comprehensive ‘end to end’ CM process & procedures for the property owner to ensure total peace of mind throughout your project lifecycle.

  • As acting Construction Managers we are engaged directly by the Property Owner / Developer to manage the total build process and liaise with designers, consultants, engineers, suppliers and trade contractors. On this basis there is no need to engage a separate building contractor as our QBCC licence allows us to legally offer this comprehensive service to our valued clients, and saving costs.   

  • Managing quality assurances and all contractual details with trade contractors

  • Managing / monitoring WHS requirements

  • We will provide you with an upfront fee proposal.

 Zion – Client-Side Project Management (PM) services:

  • Providing professional Client-Side PM services.

  • Identify & prepare project scope.

  • Managing project risk.

  • Prepare detailed works programs and gantt charts (Via MS Project), stup critical pathes, monitor ongoing progress and report to client.  

  • Managing tender selection process.

  • Managing contractual matters between Property Owner / Stakeholders and parties such as your nominated Builder (principal contractor).  

  • Managing all project matters between Property Owner / Stakeholders and Builder.

  • Managing building compliance related matters.

  • Managing critical path timelines to ensure desired project outcomes.

  • Managing project costs, variations in design & variation costs between Property Owner & principal contractor (Builder)   

  • Managing quality assurances.

  • Managing / monitoring WHS requirements.

  • We will provide you with an upfront fee proposal.
