Managing a comprehensive ‘end to end’ CM process & procedures for the property owner to ensure total peace of mind throughout your project lifecycle.

As acting Construction Managers we are engaged directly by the Property Owner / Developer to manage the total build process and liaise with designers, consultants, engineers, suppliers and trade contractors. On this basis there is no need to engage a separate building contractor as our QBCC licence allows us to legally offer this comprehensive service to our valued clients, and saving costs.
